Can my company create different user accounts under one payment plan?

Yes. Send us an email at with your company name, ID, and the new users's email address. We will add the person to the company's existing account.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next period's subscription fees to your payment method. We'll be so sorry to see you go! Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you won't be charged again, and your account will be inaccessible. For security's sake, your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. If you need to get back into your account before then, shoot us an email at We can help!

How do I upgrade to a higher price plan?

Send us an email at Once we have updated your account, usually within 24hrs, you will be invoiced prorata for the remainder of the month and your new fee will appear in your upcoming billing cycle.

Can I keep the calendar I created during my free trial if I start a payment plan?

Of course.

Can I keep the calendar after my free trial?

If you choose to not move forward to a paid plan, Plannista will no longer be accessible after your 30 day free trial. If you would like a copy of any of your calendars or other information, send us an email at and we will help.
