How secure is Plannista?
We protect your data.
To provide security for Service Data, we maintain physical, organizational and technical safeguards, which are subject to periodic changes. We use different safeguards to help secure Business Data. Where we or our agents collect information from you, we or they will take reasonable steps to protect such information in transmission, but there may be circumstances when such information will not be protected that way. When you use our Plannista services - we secure it in accordance with our safeguards. If you use other methods (email, phone, etc.) the protection of the data is not secure. Third-party software and services integrated into our service (for example, Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, Asana, Podio, Basecamp) are handled by such third parties subject to their own privacy and security policies or procedures, which we do not control. We will hold your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice or as long as we are legally required or permitted to do so. Information may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.

How do I see brands that are only relevant to me in the Time Machine?
There are sector, brand and date filters on the top right of the time machine. Filtering by sector only displays brands in that sector in the results and brand filters.
How do I import my existing calendar?
Go to settings in the upper right corner of Plannista and select import history. Here you will be able to download a .csv template to quickly upload years of content onto Plannista. Follow the instructions on the import history section and voila, you are ready to continue planning your marketing content on Plannista.
How do I share my calendar with another user?
Go to settings in the upper right corner of Plannista and select collaborators. Invite team members by inputting their emails and sending them an invitation.
How do I customize the event locations?
Go to settings in the upper right corner of Plannista and select events management. This is where a user, or team, decides the different sections that will be needed in their content marketing calendar. A first time user will see six out-of-the-box events. Event locations can be added, deleted and updated at anytime. To add an event location just click on the plus sign on the top right and don't forget to save once you are done adding all of your event locations.
What if I accidentally delete something?
Deleting an event is permanent. To avoide accidentally deleting something on your marketing content calendar, we have implemented a two click process.
